The organisation currently works in 38 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
University of Maryland and Baltimore (UMB)
UMB has been implementing a HIV project in Southern Province. Stop Mother and Child HIV Transmission (SMACHT plus) is a CDC-funded Co-operative Agreement award to the University of Maryland in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH), and other partners. SMACHT employs the University of Maryland Community HIV Epidemic Control (CHEC) model, which utilizes community health workers (CHWs) to improve uptake and retention of pregnant mothers and their children into the PMTCT/EID cascade of care.
PATH Internaional
Since 2005, PATH Zambia used innovation, data, and collaboration to improve health for Zambians. Alongside the government, health workers, and communities they have been taking on challenges ranging from malnutrition and low immunization rates to widespread malaria.

The Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) through the Ministry of Health (MOH) has embarked implementing a World Bank supported project, the Zambia Health Systems Improvement Project (ZHSIP). The main objective of the ZHSIP is to improve health service delivery systems and utilization of Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) and nutrition services. It is the desire of MoH, World Bank and other cooperating partners to improve the health status of the Zambian people in order to contribute to socio-economic development by using the “primary health care approach to health service delivery.

Fracarita Southern Africa Zambia is operating in the area of mental health mostly. They are working closely with Ministry of health to improve the service delivery of mental health services in the country.
Churches Health Association of Zambia (CHAZ):
CHAZ was established in 1970, to coordinate the activities of all the Church health facilities owned and controlled by the various Churches in Zambia. It comprises of the Secretariat, 4 provincial/regional programme offices, 144 affiliated CHIs and 11 health training schools, spread across the country. Currently, CHAZ is the second largest provider of healthcare services in Zambia, after the government. Past estimates indicate that CHAZ contributes approximately 30% of the overall healthcare services in the country, and about 60% of such services in the rural areas.
